Certifications
Remodeling your home is a big decision. With the exception of the purchase, it may be the single biggest investment you make. With that in mind, isn’t it important to know that the company you hire not only respects your home, but is trained in the most current methods available? NARI’s certification programs are based on that premise.
NARI's certification programs offer this assurance through their comprehensive screening and testing process. Only contractors who have been actively involved in the remodeling industry for at least five years are eligible to apply for enrollment in certification classes. NARI certified remodeling contractors have developed the experience and skills that can only be gained through extensive hands-on practice. When you see the NARI certification insignia, you can be assured that you are hiring an individual who has made a strong commitment to the professionalism of the remodeling industry and to his or her business.
NARI offers certification programs for five groups of remodeling professionals: Certified Remodeler (CR), Certified Remodeler Specialist (CRS), Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR), Certified Remodeler Associate (CRA), and Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC).
Earthway Enterprises, Inc. is proud to report that the core members of our team have completed many of the certification programs offered. These courses are extremely time consuming and require an application up to 13 pages long, as many as 24 weeks of weekly class time, and intensive final exams containing up to 550 questions and lasting approximately 7 to 8 hours.
