We are looking to fill the following positions:

Lead Carpenter:

We are looking for quality-conscience individuals who have good organizational and communication skills. Applicants should be self-starters and have a minimum of 2 years experience in managing crews. Framing or trim background is acceptable as we are filling both positions at this time.  We will provide training on our methods of operation.  After successful completion of a 9 month probationary period, we will determine your eligibility for NARI’s Certified Lead Carpenter program.

Job supervisor:

Supervisors must have minimum of 5 years experience as project supervisor or lead carpenter in the residential construction industry-preferably remodeling. The individual must have experience in organizing all phases of the building process; demonstrate appropriate troubleshooting techniques; possess excellent carpentry skills; exhibit high attention to detail; have good documentation skills; and be able to operate under pressure. After successful completion of a 9 month probationary period, we will determine your eligibility for NARI’s Certified Remodeler program.
