Insurance

In an effort to cut the cost of doing business, many remodeling companies will carry only liability insurance or (unbelievably) no insurance at all. They will also hire subcontractors who are not licensed and are uninsured. 

This leaves the homeowner vulnerable to all types of risk. If any worker or subcontractor is injured, the homeowner could be held liable. Earthway Enterprises, Inc. carries liability and workman’s compensation insurance in both Kansas and Missouri in order to protect our clients and their property.

We also carry a policy that covers theft of material.  We require that all of our subcontractors are licensed and insured as well.
